Our COVID-19 Policies
While our standard operating protocols may have changed to increase our patients’ and clients’ safety, you can continue to expect the same exceptional care and service from Mills Creek Animal Hospital, COVID or no COVID. See our updated COVID-19 policies below to find out more about how we’re keeping you and your pets safe.
Currently, our hospital is performing curbside appointments only. To schedule a visit, simply contact us as you typically would. When you and your pet arrive, stay in your car and call to let us know you’re ready. One of our team members will take your pet into our facility where we’ll provide the necessary treatments. If you need any food and/or medication refills, let us know and we’ll bring them out to your car. When your pet’s appointment is complete, we will bring them out to you, then call you after to discuss the appointment and collect your payment.
Our services are currently being prioritized based on the resources we have available. If there is something your pet needs, please give us a call so we can discuss it and help you schedule an appointment.
You can always use our online pharmacy if your pet needs a refill on their medication, prescription diet, or supplement. Every product you order online will be shipped right to your front door, so you won’t need to drive out to our hospital.
