Dr. Ebony Joyce
Meet Dr. Joyce
Dr. Ebony Joyce is originally from Maryland and earned her Bachelor of Science degree at James Madison University in Virginia. In 2004, she graduated from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine and subsequently moved to Charlotte, NC where she began her career as a small animal veterinarian. She spent 7 years practicing at a large multi-doctor hospital before she and her family relocated to West Palm Beach, Florida. While in FL she enjoyed living and working at the beach, but ultimately decided that North Carolina was home. Since her return to Charlotte in 2015, she has continued to serve her community and neighbors by caring for their furry family members. She and her husband have 3 children and 2 dogs (Jasper and Trevor). Dr. Joyce enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with family, and traveling.
Ali joined Mills Creek Animal Hospital as a Practice Manager in November 2020. In May 2022, she added Austin Village Pet Hospital to make it even more fun! She has a background in human medicine and a passion for true healing. The most rewarding part of her job is making a difference every day. Her blue heeler, Ozzy, keeps her hands and heart full at all times. Ali has found her calling within the field of Veterinary Medicine and looks forward to being part of you and your furry friend’s life journey.
